Check in and Check out. Your room will be available from 4 p.m. on your day of arrival. Stonehenge Courtyard operates a self check-in procedure which will be communicated to you in advance.

Please note some Online Travel Agents (OTA’s) do not provide us with your contact details – if you have not received an access code prior to your arrival please contact us as soon as possible.

Check out is by 10.30 a.m.

Early check in and late check out may be available on request subject to availability.

Payment. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid* credit or debit card at time of booking. Payment may be taken up to 48 hours in advance of your check in date. Please note payment is taken in local currency (GBP) and may be subject to currency conversion fees.

* Expiration dates must include the date of your stay.

Pre-authorisation. When you provide us with your credit or debit card details, we reserve the right to pre-authorise the cost of your stay. The pre-authorisation guarantees us that you have the funds to pay. Even though your card provider may ring-fence the pre-authorised amount, it does not constitute a payment until we have charged the card. Pre-authorised amounts will usually be released within 24-48 hours. Check with your card provider for their policies regarding pre-authorised funds.

Cancellations and amendments. We appreciate that there may be circumstances outside your control that mean you have to change your plans at short notice. You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your arrival date without incurring any charges. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours, will incur a charge equal to the whole stay.

We strongly advise you to consider taking out travel insurance, even if you are a UK resident, to limit the cost of cancelling or amending your booking at short notice.

Rates. You will always find the best rates on our website. Should you change the number of guests, dates or room nights, then the rates will be subject to change.

Quiet hours. From 9.30 p.m. until 7 a.m., guests are required to keep their noise levels down to avoid disturbing others. This also applies to the communal courtyard area.

Damage. It is important that we keep Stonehenge Courtyard looking as good and well maintained as possible. Therefore we will charge your credit or debit card for any damage to your room during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Smoking and vaping policy. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any guest rooms or bathrooms. If we suspect that smoking and /or vaping has occurred we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of up to £100.00.

Smoking and vaping are permitted in the outside space as long as you respect the wishes of other guests who may be sharing that space. Do not leave cigarette butts in the courtyard.

Unacceptable Behaviour. We reserve the right to terminate a booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where unacceptable behaviour causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests or damage to the room.
